Valkyria Chronicles is still by far my favorite PS3 game even without trophies. Glad I game because I love and enjoy it and not for meaningless trophies/achievements, otherwise I would have missed out on one of the greatest games I have ever played in Valkyria Chronicles.
what is the objective of this game, lure young boys to never never land and them entice them into a sleep over with some jesus juice.
game play over graphics any day for me. Who cares if a crappy game looks good it is still a crappy game. Only newer gamers tend to care about graphics and trophies/achievements as the be all end all of gaming and games. Sometimes you get the best of both worlds like UC2 but they are very few and far apart maybe once or twice a gen.
ya the stuff they couldn't fit on the DVD most likely but not to worry I am sure it will come as DLC with a additional cost for the 360.
Support the devs & publishers and not companies like Gamestop who rip off both the people selling their games and the people buying used. There is only like a 5 dollar difference in price a new releases, $59.99 new & $54.99 used. All the while GS only gives the person selling the game like 30-35 bucks for it. also with Amazon offering 10-20 credits on new releases along with DLC codes it is actually more expensive to buy used imho.
Kids & Senior Citizens use the Wii more actively, your average adult uses the 360 and/or the PS3 more actively

Funny I enjoy TM Black on my PS3 as much as any PS3 game. It is supposed to be about the game play,which every TM created by David Jaffe & Scott Campbell has always delivered on.
If it was a platform you would be able to use it on it's own. But seeing that it is useless without the PS3 I would refer to it as a peripheral or an add-on ( like the Sega CD or 32X which were useless without the Genesis ).

This was my #1 want out of Sony's E3. I cannot wait for the new TM to come out. I still play a few hours of TM Black every week on my B/C PS3. I hope the campaign has the same dark atmosphere and story lines like Black had. The MP can be like any of the others but the campaign needs to have that dark sinister feel to it.

Steam will be there to only do updates for Portal 2 and whatever future games they will release on the PS3. NONE and I mean NONE of the other games available on Steam are coded for the PS3 and won't run on the PS3. And I highly doubt and will even go as far to say they definitley won't be recoding the games to run on the PS3. So until the big guy says otherwise the Steam announcement isn't really that big of a deal with the exception of Portal 2 updates being done at the same time...
I definitely agree with you on that. Give me a game over a motion controller any day of the week.
I still play TM Black a few hours a week. I hope the campaign in the new TM is like Black was. The MP could go either way ( TMB or TM2 style ) as far as I am concerned but Black had the best storytelling and atmosphere out of all the TM's campaigns.
we all know about the games and that there is even more to come but there are 2 things that I would love to hear
1 - PSP games from the PSN are playble on the PS3 ( Valkyria Chronicles 2 here I come )
2 - That they will release 3D adapter for all HDTV's so I can keep my 52" XBR4 and still be able to enjoy 3D gaming
Now if we could only get SE to do the same with FF and go back to what made the series great. A Criterion NFS Hot Pursuit is gonna be crazy good.

They will also sell it by itself for those who already own a PSEYE and it will be the same price as a DS3
From what I have seen of Kinetic it is worth about 40 bucks 50 is pushing it based on what we've seen so far
While I hope both have a great showing @ E3, just the fact that MS moved one of their conferences or showings to overlap the Sony conference makes me think that Sony has something really really big and MS is doing every and anything possible to steal away some of the spotlight.
Either way I can't wait to see what both will be showing and offering the core gamer. Don't care about Natal or Move though but I am very interested in the 3D gaming and look forward to seeing ...
