If the Squall thing was true....I don't know I would feel like it was a slap to the face. I mean you put so much time and effort into it and BAM....it's all a dream.....what could of happened.
I would of liked the FF8 theory of Rinoa becoming Ultimecia being true since there was many, many things to point to it in the game. The story someone made up of how it happens seemed realistic enough aswell. Could of had a sequel using this idea.

Why do people think that they can't continue from the good ending. It ended with a lightning bolt in the shape of a question mark so obviously they have plans for that ending and Sucker Punch always go with the good ending, being bad in the game is just a choice but the story is all about Cole being a hero not a villain.
I think some conduits, the strong ones would of survived at the end so Cole and Kuo would still be around. As for Nix...I really don't care to be hon...
I kind of wished the Rinoa becomes Ultimecia theory was true since it would kind of make sense in a way and would lead onto a sequel where they would have to stop that from happening.
The thing is though about that is by the time you actually figure out how to make it easy for yourself the VERY FIRST TIME you play it your half way through the game. It's only in your second/third playthrough or if a friends shows you long after it came out you would do it straight away.
I mean there was no going on the internet back then, we had to rely on monthly magazines.
Exactly FF8 for me was amazing and in my opinion it was a better FF game then FF7
People only hated on it because the new fans FF7 brought in thought the next FF game was going to be a sequel to FF7 but instead we got a new world, new story, characters etc which happens in every new FF game but obviously they didn't get the memo.
For me it had better music, better characters, graphics, world, missions, story

You can not beat FF8s intro, it amazed me when I first bought it...and still does today.
I think we've got to give credit to the great soundtrack aswell though

They had Borderlands 2 on their plate, they should of stuck with that. Duke Nukem and Aliens should of waited
Hell they didn't even do the B2 DLC, they outsourced them which is why they probably weren't as good as the the first games DLC.
They should of focused on Borderlands, it's their main attraction. They should of done the DLCs aswell themselves.
