Nier was one of my personal favorite games last gen so definitely hyped that Platinum is also the one making it.
Was able to put some more time in Until Dawn during the outage and most of my games on PS4 are single player offline anyways, not a big deal.
For me these are the 6, unless some of them are delayed.

With 35.9 million console strong at that point, expect many more PS4 games to be out this year. Hope to hear more news about Nier 2, Valkyria Chronicles, FF7 remake.
In a sense, the Assassin's Creed Egypt game is actually a 2017 release and for the first time in a long time, there won't be an AC game in a calendar year so that can also considered as a delay as well. But it is for the better with an extra year of development time, no doubt.

Not totally true. Remember Sunset Overdrive at E3 and the entire 2013? It was just a CGI trailer and it proceeded to show gameplay the following year with gameplay at E3 2014 and a release on October that very same year.
No problem with delays if the game ends up being better with the extra development time from uncharted to Zelda to Scalebound.
The only ones that are really cross buy are the ones with F2P model like KI season 3, Gigantic, Fable Legends. And I think those games will continue to be as was already stated in a previous article.
FULL retail Games like Gears Ultimate, Halo Wars 2, I don't think so.
