Well, yesterday, the amazon mover and shaker saw Red Dead Redemption on Xbox 360 got all the way up to the number one spot with a 400 plus percent increase on sales. It sure look like it helped sales of a 6 year old game.

Didn't developers also said similiar things regarding PS1, PS2, PS3 and PS4? It is only only logical that that would be the case.
RDR was already one of the better looking games last gen an at 720p so I don't think resource should be used to make a HD version and a proper sequel should be the main focus.
The XB1 BC leaked pretty much indicates a sequel is incoming and not a remaster or HD remake. It would be redundant.
It shouldn't be a long wait as the game should already been approved with the go ahead from Rockstar judging that the game wrapper is already completed to allow for preview members to get it and played it already.
Phil Spencer has spoken about the exact steps to allow BC on XB1 and it requires the other parties actions FIRST before the wrapper can even be completed

It is the same as L4D2 and Alan Wake. It was released early and since patched up. But those are games that will be released soon as they are in the testing phrase. Lucky I got to download Red Dead before they started blocking it. You can still play off line and use local saves. It looks great and runs almost perfect.

Yes, it is damage control as it was already confirmed the game ran well and the cache reset works like a charm. Since Butcher and you got the only 2 negative comments, those are troll reporting as the IGN banned on playing it early was proven to be false again by yours truly that you had previously reported and now your friend's butcher comment is also proven to be nothing more than anti-XB propoganda.

Sony's game and marketing has been catering to the west for years now. This is just an expansion of it. Sony's biggest IPs now are all Western focus and not to mentioned those heavy FPS marketing deals. Nothing to worry about.

Totally agreed Christopher. Glad you also love the idea of getting these free BC games monthly as well. The Witcher 2 is actually not part of the 2 free BC GwG gold for Jan as it was an added bonus in addition to Deus Ex and Dirt Showdown.
