Great point about Sony stopped support for PS3 once the PS4 came out. They even migrated The last guardian over to PS4 when that was a Promised PS3 game for many PS3 fans. What is there to stop Sony from doing it again? I am less 100% certion I'll get a Neo now, since you just reminded me of that fact.
All products are about software. That is why I got a PS4 as well. I preordered it early due to fear of limiting stocks this year and expecting a AAA launch title or two. GT Sport is the one I am looking forward to but it it not on the list. Probably will still keep my preorder but that still won't stop me of being unimpressed by this launch lineup list.

Wait, a PS4 slim? is that for real? I thought Sony will just have the Neo and not a slim. So in essence, both companies are doing the exact same thing. I think announcing and releasing the Slim and Neo at the same time is a bad idea. It will only causes confusion for buyers. Sony should have been more open about their plan much earlier than saving both for the Tokyo Game show.
That is IMO a mediocre launch lineup. Where is GT Sport and Driveclub VR? Almost all of those games are linear, short games that can be completed in an hour or two. Andrew House was telling the truth, it seems.
How about including some PS2 emulated titles in with PS Plus for PS4 subscribers, Sony? Is that too much to ask?

Man, this news is making me thinking about cancelling my PSVR preorder. I specifically preordered one in hoping to play 6 plus hours real AAA title games and not the same Kinect/Move/Wiimote style of Gimmicky games. This news hit me hard. :(
