The only traggic thing I can think of is Nintendo blocking Golden Eye to be released on X360; thus, it is missing in this collection on XB1.

Nope..Destiny is an underwhelming game and really devalued this custom console.
Al DLC are BC anyways so if one want DLC they can still buy them on the marketplace or if they have them already, they are free to use them and will work. I think that is why we will see many games will be BC when developers can sell extra digital contents for them still.

Just to remind you, Sunset was also reveal with just a CG trailer and was release a year later. We don't know when the game was actually started development as it could be started a year ago and they are saving gameplay reveal at the VGA show or later on this year. But MS just don't usually throw up a Spring 2016 release date without a full idea when the game will be ready. Well on N4G, we get 20 articles a day and screenshots by Dualshockers telling us how amazing the visual is and how the gameplay will surprise us and how people hating on the game on previews are not credible...etc, so not everyone was against it and the hype was pretty strong up until release.

I have no idea how two disagree bunnies got on there but I totally agreed with what you are saying. This collection of games will be amazing and will stream play it on my windows 10 PC while have my eyes on the Gamescom conference and the N4G comment section at the same time tomorrow. Should be a fun day. :)
Well, in addition of 5 previously unreleased levels added to this XB1 remaster with all new textures and cinematic built from the grounds up, all 4 BC games on this set has MP and ability to transfer saves, DLCs, achievements over to the XB1 while all allowing you to play MP against x360 consoles at $40 instead of just a higher resolution HD bump with no extra games and no MP for the same $40 or $60 on some other remaster that took out MP.

I am still kind of confused about "not wanting to split the user base for online" comment by ND as a reason for not including MP. It really doesn't make any sense when the TLOU HD included the MP.

Hmmm...Sony took out MP for the Uncharted remasters and sell it for $60 while MS is giving a Gears makeover remasters with 4 additional games all with MP and ability to play online against either PC gamer on the remaster Gears 1 or against other X360 owners on the 4 BC titles.

Dang...that is why BC is so great. Instead of having to delete stuff like MP from a trilogy of games to make it out on time or worry about separating online players from one console to the next, BC allows MS to put all their focus of remaking the first Gears with new cinematic and textures and throw in 4 additional games for FREE while retaining online play on the same server as the X360 counterpart is a stroke of genius and ultimate fan service!
