I failed to understand how you can compare faster UI, faster installing time, uses less power on resume to things like Windows 10 unification apps that add new apps and function, external HDD support that adds infinite storage space, and Backward Compatibility that add more games?
The later 3 are game changing and are unique and exclusive to XB1 while a faster UI is just that, faster. :/

Dude, Halo Wars 2 and Killer Instinct 3 are new announcements, so I have no idea what you are talking about. Those 2 games gave MS now 9 console exclusives already for next year.
I love the gameplay demo from the conference today. Really liking the stealth and puzzle will be a big part of this game. The 3x larger than the last game is really exciting as well.

The point is all these games showing (Scalebound, Crackdown 3, Quantum Break) and announcing (KI season , Halo Wars) today that were not at E3 all are scheduled to be out in 2016 really hits home. No need to wait 2-3 years for them to come out is a win win for me.

Of course it was a success. Announcing 2 more exclusives to be released next year including a Halo Wars sequel which was on my personal wish list really is the icing on a great cake.

These are my top 7 in no particular order.
1. Halo Wars 2, should be even better than 1,now with mouse and keyboard support on XB1 and is being developed by a renowned RTS studio.
2. Scalebound gameplay with dragons and 4 player coop looms awesome!
3. Killer Instinct Season 3 reveal with Battletoad!
4. Crackdown with actual Cloud computation demo that many said was impossible.
5. Quantum Break impressive graphics and gameplay and release date. ...
The only racing game that I'll need this year. Kudos, turn 10.

I think I might be buying most of my Third party games on XB1 now because of these nice BC extras. Never played the second Just cause and this is definitely an awesome marketing and fan service from MS and it's partner.
I knew they will have all X360 gold titles BC as that will give more value to their fans. Really well executed. If anyone missed it, Just cause 3 also come with a free digital BC version of Just Cause 2. These are great incentives to add value to the console. Great move by MS.
2016 will be overload on XB1 with console exclusives.
