The overall gap between ps3 & 360 has not changed since launch, sure, ps3 pulled closer in 2007, 360 ran away again in 2008, and then ps3 clawed that deficit back in 2009.
But considering that the ps3 is supposed to offer soooooooooooo much more (Free online, blu-ray) and its now at a very compepitive price, it should be chipping in to the 360's lead much faster than it is.
Yes, the arcade is cheap, but it's not the top selling console, also how many millions...

Not only that but Sony just played two HUGE trump cards towards the end of last year, a huge price cut AND their get out of jail for free card "the slim"

It's annoying retailers thats for sure.
Theres so many 2nd hand copies on shelves right now and they don't have a prayer of ever reselling them.
Soon there will be so many 2nd hand copies that MAG will even have to muscle in on psp's limited shelf space within stores.
Bottom line is droids call games AAA regardless of wether they are or not.
A lot of 360's games sitting in the late 80's are not on ps3 or have exclusive features (Example, Virtua Fighter 5 on 360 has online, ps3 version doesn't) thus it justifies its higher score on 360.
5 games off the top of my head that i know are sitting on 89 for 360 are, Left 4 Dead 1 & 2, Rez, Fable 2 & Virtua fighter 5 Online.
The whole "it's on PC" argue...
That droids try to claim that thirdstation has more AAA games than it actually does.
According to droids games like Resistance 1 & 2, Motorstorm, infamous & Ratchet & clunk are AAA despite pretty much all of them only having mid 80's scores.

Theres TONNES of games for 360 sitting on 89 on meta.
But 360 owners don't claim they are AAA.
On this site bought the pc version of 360/pc exclusives like they "claimed" they were going to do, then wouldn't games like Left 4 Dead 1 & 2 have much higher sales than they already do?
Droids talk the talk, but they don't buy any pc/360 exclusive games.
They are one trick ponys and have never played any other consoles or gaming devices apart from playstation 1,2,3 & psp.

On Sega Dreamcast had no english voice track.

And it CONTINUED to sell when ps2 was at a 40 million userbase, 60 million userbase ect ect.
GT 3 did NOT sell to half of the sony userbase when ps2 was at 20 million, it had strong sales figures for the first few weeks but like any other game it's sales dropped, then picked up again when it went platinum (and by then there were millions more ps2 users)

The last "full game" console Gran Turismo only sold 10.9 million (GT 4)
Sure, GT 3 sold nearly 15 million but thats hardly suprising considering that the PS2 had a userbase of over 100 million.
Halo 3 is already on 10.8 million and therefore in a matter of weeks it will overtake GT 4's sales despite a userbase of only 38 million at this stage.
GT has sold 55 million yes, but that includes psp and concept versions.

Excellent graphics in fact (then again, thats probably why killzone 2's campaign is a SINGLE player affair, the graphics compromised the fun factor, unlike Halo 3's FOUR player campaign)
Doesn't change the fact that Gran Turismo 5 will come trailing in 3rd place behind Halo 3 & Halo: Reach sales wise.
The third best selling HD twin console game this gen.
It won't even come close though to the sales of Halo 3 or even Reach when that launches.
Keep the majority of your games hardcore.
As for end of gen positions, they are already set in stone.

More proof that graphics ONLY are king on thirdstation.
They spent so much time on the graphics for killzone 2 that they had no space for co-op campaign or any sort of decent online modes.....
Only basic ones, for a basic game, for simple and basic DROIDS.
Could a game be any more gimped than Killzone 2?
It's a recent FPS yet it only features SINGLE player campaign.
Weapons that just about every man and his dog have used in other FPS games.
And online multiplayer with hardly any features.
Halo 3 has more maps, more game types, forge, theatre ect ect, Killzone 2 is a JOKE...!!!!!!!!!
