Dude… face value… Everton said he did the 10 day EA trial and got a refund after 2 days. Maybe he needs to clarify his comment, but it looks like he just got the trial canceled (unless he bought the game and then after did the trial which makes zero sense).
Also you ended your last comment fully understanding that he bought 2 things that are incompatible. So you understand that as a consumer, they screwed up. Again, this comes down to the consumer...

If I’m using an app, device l, or subscription model that has additional purchase options then yes, I do read the TOS.. if you don’t, that’s your problem.
