I get that Dee... I just gave 2 examples of bugs from many that I’ve come across. Their other franchises are so hit or miss for me. I loved the first Wolfenstein when they rebooted it so once it was on sale I got Doom (2016) and Wolfenstein 2 for $15 in a bundle. Each of those I have about 5 hours in each and I just couldn’t get into them. Part of that just comes down to personal preference because I’m noticing as I get older I don’t find games with “badass” style main characters as enjoya...
It’s not so much a false narrative as it is just a knee jerk reactionary comment. I stopped buying Bethesda games on day one after realizing just how buggy their games are at launch.
They were a great acquisition for MS to buff up their first party but acting like they’re the be all and end all of game design is just crazy. I had 230 hours of playtime in Fallout 3 and got hit with a bug in the final area that locked the door to the “boss” and the door to go back outside...

I’m confused by your comment. Are you saying MS can’t do the whole demo thing that Sony did even though both companies are on the exact same time table for release? What exactly is stopping them?

I’m always amazed that they do this. They always use hyperbole when talking about upcoming games or consoles which is fine since you’re trying to build hype. Then they turn around and use the same language when talking about their past and it’s like what planet are they on?!

Guys don’t get too worked up by this user. Whenever I see someone make a short 1 or 2 sentence complaint about a universally praised game I just click their profile and check their comment history. This guy comments about Sony like they ran over his new puppy.
Same here. My PS5 will replace the PS4 Pro in the living room which will then replace the launch PS4 in the bedroom. Just gotta transfer all of my fiancées game saves to the Pro (she’s pretty much just plays Sims 4 and Skyrim)
This kind of thing doesn’t matter to me at all. If I’m gonna play an upgraded version of a game, I want to play it start to finish to fully experience everything new

Reminds me of the time years ago when Halo 4 launched and the Xbox 360 arcade edition (4 gig hard drive) couldn’t install it all because it needed 8 gigs.
