To lose something, you must have it in the first place.
@ Jek
I don't think you know what the word "free" means.
It's on the home screen under the icon labeled "Remote Play." It's not Sony's fault that developers are not utilizing it. There are a bunch of games that do like Tokyo Jungle and the God of War Collection.
And just curious, what's your PSN id? Because usually when someone has 2 or less bubbles and brings up an issue that doesn't really matter and types in all caps, they don't have the system they're trolling.
I'm worried that by now any old Rare franchise that MS resurrects will get a Kinnect makeover and just end up like Steel Betallion. I'll probably never play them anyway since I'm on the Sony side of the "war", but I remember playing the Rare games on N64 and SNES in junior high and high school and I'd hate to see the games I grew up playing get trashed.
We get it Kotaku, you like Microsoft.
You were all expecting Bethesda to release something bug free??
I believe it was the great philosopher J. Timberlake that once said "what goes around, comes around."
Considering all the tech already existed since its just an android device that connect to a tv, they didn't even have to do much R&D.
For all the people that fell for this kick starter: you already have a smart phone, you already have a pc, why do you need this?
We get it. Crysis is the super model of the games industry. Super hot on the surface, but nothing going on upstairs and she just lays there in bed.
(and for those that can't read between the lines, I was saying Crysis is all graphic and no gameplay.)
@jimbo
One of the unannounced features of the last PS3 firmware was that they removed the programming code that would make your PS3 explode once the PS4 comes out so you should still be able to play all of your PS3 games.

Agreed. Especially since the reports that came out months ago when the used game blocking patents appeared said that GameStop wouldn't support any console that blocked used games.
I used to buy tons of used games, but since PS+ started the instant game collection, I haven't even browsed GameStop's used section
@britain
Xbox live gold- pay a fee to play online games
PSN online pass- pay a fee to play online games
Just to slightly critique your comment, if GameStop is working with Microsoft, then of course they're going to say the next Xbox is great.
Just pointing out that fanboys are gonna read your first sentence and hit disagree. I do agree with your comment though. People need more patience and just wait till there are full spec reveals.
@Dirty
Sony didn't come up with the online pass idea. What do you think Xbox Live Gold is?
This one already is
You do know that this isn't a micro transaction. It's a level cap raise, inventory raise, additional third very hard playthrough, new pearlescent level weapons, and new unique rare artifacts, shields, and class mods.
And if you already had the season pass, they added it to it for free.
This isn't like EA charging $5 or $10 for 2 weapons or a suit in Dead Space 3.
@Dark
I know about vs13's world map, it's just taking forever for that game to come out. As far as vs13's battle system, there are gameplay videos that show what it's like. It seems like it plays just like Crysis Core!
Square needs to go back to their PS1 era style of game development. Give us a Final Fantasy with a world map and airship. Give us Boshido Blade. How about an Einhander (my favorite PS1 game) sequel. Another Brave Fencer Musashi would be great.
We all should've noticed something was changing at Square when Dirge of Cerberus came out. While not a bad game, it clearly was not a typical Square game.
Thanks
Since the Killer Instinct name fiasco is over, MS could have Rare make a new one. The only problem being that we all know how MS has been treating Rare lately.
