The only reason I'd get it would be so I could get a piece of the class action law suit that'll happen in a few years when some soccer mom sues MS for giving her son permanent eye strain and headaches from staring at all the bright flashing lights in a dark room.

Too hard to say since all the publishers offer so many different choices. I do know that Far Cry 3 is in my top 5 best games this gen.

The first paragraph of the review clearly shows that the reviewer doesn't understand the plot/ story of the game... He doesn't understand why you don't just go from level to level. If you've played the demo, you'd understand how misleading the review is.
That's why people are trashing the review.
Here's a summary of the Edge review:
Even though the plot follows a prisoner who is uncovering the secrets of a book as he progresses through the game, I hated how you were forced to go back to the book after each level and see what you unlocked. Why would I care about story when I've got a review to write?
I thought it was going to just be a strait hack-n-slash game, but once I realized that spells and attacks were consumable I hated that strategy was needed....
One thing that stood out for me with the demo was that it was longer than some full retail games today. Co op is very fun also.
Anytime someone starts a comment with "bu bu bu" I just bu bu bubble them down regardless of which console they defend. So anoying and immature.
Except this isn't 3D... It's just a projector... And passive 3D glasses are under $20 on amazon.
Finally something concrete.
It means that once E3 hits, and we finally (hopefully) get console specs, that PC gamers will go nuts copying and pasting numbers and stats for their processors that they spent hundreds more on just so they could say "look at how much better Battlefield 4 looks."
To which console gamers will say "Good for you!"

Give Soul Sacrifice a spin. Demo just dropped on the US store and your progress can be transferred to the full game.
I'd rather play on a system that has 100 guaranteed games coming out than on a system that only has multiplats the rest of the year and the creators love talking sales instead of new software.
But what about the Rambo game that's coming out?? :-P
