Most of our speeds suck too compared to some European/Asian countries, where they're getting 100mbit lines for almost the same price, but those download caps must suck.
Although I'm getting a great deal from AT&T: 6mbit down/0.7mbit up for $24.99/month with no download caps.
Screw that, I can just buy a USB hub and plug it in the front and bring it to the back, I don't mind one cable showing up.

Small HDDs? Last I checked, the smallest HDD on any PS3 in stores now is quadruple that of the smallest 360 sku (0gb) and double the premium sku. The cost of a 120gb 360 hdd, gets me a 320gb 2.5" SATA drive for my PS3, btw.

OT: I don't see what the problem with pricing is? The prices seem VERY fair, some games are $2. You won't find that on XBL. And Btw, most DL games are not big at all, some are as little as 20mb. Xbox fans sure ...
I set aside $50 back when home as announced just for microtransactions to furnish my apartment! Though, 50 bucks might be a bit overkill - I don't think it'll take that much. Actually, I don't even know if that stuff is going to be free or not, I just assumed it would cost a dollar or two, etc.
