6k is pretty overkill.
In Australia.
However, 360 silver members will ALL have to wait a week.
Australian PS3 owners can just make a US PSN account.
Great game, excellent work ND!
Btw, I would like to add...
This man is the pinnacle of epicness:
http://newsimg.bbc.co.uk/me...
"A Nepali protester throws a tear-gas canister back at police on the second day of protests against the fuel price rises in Kathmandu."
Good thing I don't live in Australia then?
Edit: @below, it wasn't a crack at Aussies, just saying the title is misleading. How about an "In Australia"
Plus it's not like Aussies couldn't just create an American/European/Japanese PSN account and grab the Demo, there are lots of ways they can play early.
Btw, your ignorance in not assuming ignorance within an entire nationality shows, Canadian.
Agreed. However, I'm surprised you didn't try to blame this entire segment on Faux News as some conspiracy by "PS fanboys"
don't worry, her book's still getting pwned on Amazon:

Yes, that'd be fine for 8 drives, but 1,500 would require a lot of space, power, cost of purchasing RAID boxes/electricity/cooling, and would produce a lot of heat.
I can understand doing this if you're going to reach a very large amount of storage, but 1,500 10gb hdds? It's a waste. You can just buy 1.5tb external hd for about $350-400
The cost of powering up that many drives wouldn't be cost effective, not to mention a headache maintaining, it would be cheaper just to buy larger capacity drives and make a raid.
Hopefully, he did recycle those, after he was done playing with them.
Kinda gay that he dropped some in the pond/lake/river/whatever.
Wageslave, why aren't you making your usual rounds of reporting this article and "lame" and such for not being news?
Is it because it has the word "xbox" in the title?
Funny how you're not mad at Nintendo for using "obsolete technology." Or the 360 for that matter, since it really is just using already outdated PC parts.
I'm not too concerned about my consoles becoming outdated, as I keep my PC updated every 6-12months or when its really necessary. PC gaming will never be obsolete and will always be the cutting edge.
But for gaming on console gaming, Sony/Nintendo do a great job with games that were meant to be play...
Baker, no one claims PS3/UT3 invented mods. However, it's the first time I've seen any game mods on any console.
We all know mods have been around on the PC gaming scene for a while now.
I know right, everything is Sony's fault!
I bet when they were designing the PS2, they were thinking to themselves, "hmm, how can we screw up games NEXT-NEXT-gen?"
Now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure they designed the PS2 to starve children in Africa, start genocides in Darfur and Sudan, fly planes into the World Trade Centers and the Pentagon, and bomb public transportation in London and Madrid.
F#ck you Sony, Indeed.
Just bought my 12th game today: Burnout Paradise.
And although the inclusion of a BD drive in the PS3 cost them a year on the market, it won them the format war which will make them billions. If they had to do it all over again, I doubt they would change a thing.
As much as I would like to believe this, the source site has only 2 "news" articles. Both of which have to do with PS3 price cuts.
But you'll trust the reliable ps3focus.nl when it suits your console of choice?
Welcome to America. :/
Netherlands.
Or one's in HD and one's in SD?
Kevin Pereira is a douche bag.
wtf Chickapedia.com goes to that kids show, iCarly.
