in EPIC's defense, not once did they ever claim the bullshots were representative of what the game would look like. gamersmint.com created the article.
i love gears and play it more than any other game in my collection but these are touched up in-game screens for sure(bullshots).
like another poster said they should just post some gameplay shots with the hud intact. i find them to be more impressive than the pics seen here.
