It IS already ruined for quite sometime, in case you didn't notice.
It's a classic case of "good idea, bad implementation". If you can try it before buying, that would be great. I did finish the game and I agree with most of the reviews: it's bad. But try it out and take your own conclusion. ;)
You missed the point totally, twice. Nice try with the "PS4 vs Xbone" BS. I was refering to owners that don't own many games, not to the actual avaiable ones. And I played this game from start to finish 'cos I have access to it before the launch due to my work and friends. It's a bad game, despite the price.
CryEngine 3 can't be compared to UE4. UE4 is more powerfull and more flexible, much beyond some people might think. Propably most of people will only notice that when the games start to coming out.
I hope the PS4 owners do not get fooled by this promo just because its cheap or for the lack of games some may have. Daylight is a bad game, even with a discount. Procedural doors can't avoid the fail that is this game.
And some say that Nintendo has a good online infrastructure. 10 focking days to do a simple maintenance, not even a security related one.

This game is pure horse sh1t. I wouldn't give it a score above 5/10. And I kinda agree with the related joke about Pac-man. Just play Daylight and you all will see what he meant.
If you still had any doubt, watch the first 26 minutes (the first video), or even less. You'll probably wanna buy the game after it, if you're in for a good fairy tale adventure.
Just want to add that there are a lot of demos in the link inside the article besides the one to the Elemental demo. It's focking amazing! My PC can handle UE4. I'm so happy right now. Go guys. Try it out. It worths your time. :D

I got it. And that makes the question more dumb then before, because if you're gonna review a game, you must finish it without questioning. Imagine if sites' reviews start coming from people that didn't finish the games. That is what metacritic is for.
