"What's changed?". The console. The game changed just a little bit but its the same masterpiece that it was on the ps3. Just with better framerate and textures. Not worth it if you already own the ps3 version. Some may disagree.

I have a PS3, so I can play TLoU as much as I want, even if its 720p@30FPS. It's still a great game. No need to ps4 for me.
Feels the same as playing any game on PC with recommended hardware. It has been like this for ages.
It's the same D-pad, basically. You got the idea ;)
And that's the reason why Dualshock is a better choice in fighting games compared to Xbox360 controller. The key is the D-pad (which in the case of the 360, it sucks). You don't need a professional fighting stick to win.
