There were no restrictions bar the temp 24hr license (would stop people selling the game after installing, ie getting a free game)
You could still traid in your game, at selected retailers, you could also transfer lisence's to other people, ie selling to other users & gift digital content.

I don't think you get what there going to be using the could for.

Sharing disc games I'm not sure, that may have fallen under the family sharing, I give you the disc (I don't need it now) I stick you in my family member section, now you get to install the game & play it with me, or by yourself.
