"The story of Titanfall is told through narration in the match Lobby, while in-game playing a match, and when a match comes to an end. It is very understandable that players are not following it. Titanfall is one of the most awesome and hectic multiplayer shooters ever. Probably the most. Who is paying attention to narration and little tiny in-game videos while they’re running around trying to dominate other players? But that is how the campaign is played out. "

Where is the vita level packs! Why the hell don't we get those instead of skins :-@
Wait a second.
PS4 could be classed as a computer & not just a console.
It runs applications
It runs games
It has a CPU
It has a GPU
it has a Motherboard
It has Ram
It has a HDD
It has a Blu-ray drive
It has an OS, in this case it Linux. (BSD)
PC has

Have a gander, what you stated is 100% incorrect.
@Yodagamer
Kinect is not just used for voice commands, nor gaming.
Quantum break will sell consoles.
Halo will sell consoles.
Forza will sell consoles.
Gears of war will sell consoles.
Any exclusive game will sell consoles.
Then you're part of the problem.
The reason we have micro transaction & F2P games in this day & age, is because people sunk cash into them & were getting flooded with this crap, its ruining the gaming industry.
If we allow this to happen then its only a matter of time before EA & Activision jump on board & from here on out its £30 for a bloody demo of a final game.
I can see it now oO. The next gen COD will be rel...
This is how micro transactions started :-/ people spending money on shit.
I can see EA releasing crap like this, look here's the next BF. £30 to try it, get 1 map & 2 game modes for only a low, low price of £30.
If EA done this there would be a big stink on the interweb about it. But its MGS so we all go yeah 30min single player story & 5, 15min side missions, £30 is worth it.
:-/
If we allow this ...
@xristo ah yeah, sorry.
£9.99 here in the EU, still 6 times cheaper than what the game will cost on next gen systems.
& at least they get the first 20 levels free, so a trial period.
We'll see there's the issue right there, Xbox live & PSN+ are value for your money.
Paying £60 for a game & then getting home to find out you need to pay another £8.99 just to play said game every month is not going to go down well.
The console market is aimed at the casual gamer, not the gamer that sits up all night or all day playing games.
Also on Xbox one they have dedicated server for free, so they have no need to use th...
@MysticStrummer while I agree.
I'm the opposite from you, I try to not give Sony any money, due to past experience with my PS3 system & the infamous 4.46 update, the one that was meant to fix the previous semi bricking situation. Yeah if you never guessed it bricked my PS3 slim & Sony refused to fix it & wanted to charge me £110 :-/ for my console to get a refurb.
Also the PSN hack that happened, I was there for that too. Though 2 free ga...
@raWfodog @Clown_Syndr0me you get burn cards that give you infinite cloak. But they only last 1 life & like TRD4L1fe said, you will end up dead after a few kills, since you can see where they killed you through the kill cam :-)
& you know what, its nice to come to a thread where people are not attacking each other, or constantly putting systems down.
Wish this happens more often.
@xPhearR3dx
Here here, I'm loving it, fast, fluid (not noticed any single diget FPS :-/ issues) & there is always action.
In a game that's so fast paced you don't have time to say, hey is that a dumb AI bot? Or a user? You shoot first & don't give a sh*t.
Level 28 here, only played about 5 hours or so & its a cracking game.
The issues with frame rate & screen tearing are mute, when playing the ...
I did, there is only so much replay ability.
I still bought both, but an online game will last longer, if its good. Than a SP only game.
Apparently its so they don't compete with retail stores :-/ yeah I know.
I agree & I got Titanfall for £41 wasn't paying anymore for it, also got MGS for £19.75 was defo not paying £30 for that.
At least there is limitless playability with titanfall, or until you get board, 15 maps, 5 game modes? & DLC with more maps.
Vs
MGS, 5 side missions or something like that & a 30 min singleplayer campaign. (If you rush through it) & they wanted to charge basically full price for that lmao...
Some people are ignorant. When you buy the device it has a sticker on it, right next to the audio jack input stating it needs a software uodate :-/
Also like Sith stated the system will prompt you to update the pad.
What I think people are not doing is attaching the headset first before updating. (Required) since the headset adapter won't turn on unless one is connected. (Guess that's so it doesn't drain the battery, when a headset is not connecte...
I have an issue with headset adapter, if you plug in the USB & charge the pad with the headset connected, you get a buzzing through the mic. It's not audible to people in the chat/party but if you try to record audio in say upload studio its as loud as the game audio & not usable.
Also the mic activator image is constantly on when the USB is connected, due to the buzzing.
Needs fixed, since the pads won't last long with the headset connected,...
Really, EA oO taken down already, what about all the fecking beta gameplay, why aren't they being taken down.
Scummy company.
What Ginesis said.
The PS4 can do tiled resources, but at the expense of GPU/CPU cycles & maybe more memory.
The XB1 it would seem was built to take advantage of these, with custom hardware to take the grunt off the GPU/CPU & free up resources/cycles.
So in the end both systems can do it, just one can do it easier than the other.
Also DX takes a lot of the hard work away from the devs, not sure if OpenGL does the sam...

"The only thing I ask for from MS, is I hope they have a backup plan for bricked consoles to recover"
MS do have a system in place for failed/bricked systems to recover, requires a USB a custom firmware from MS & holding a few buttons on the system on power up.
