I'm just gonna mention, that if consoles were the last to go, you wouldn't have anymore games to play on them.

Also, PC gamers are more likely to notice, that developers are cutting corners somewhere. Especially developers like Crytek, which makes ''pretty'' games but leaves gameplay to rot. We want a healthy balance of both, which is why we play on that platform as well.

Besides, i'm pretty sure publishers / developers would save ...

As long as they don't replace normal functions in games, then i couldn't care less about it. Once it starts doing that, then it becomes a problem.

Never trust a chest without hitting it first. No more, damn Mimic.

Gaming is simply too big now, but i think a crash would still have sizeable ripple effects.

The question is just a matter of when.

Well, you get what you pay for, i guess. AMD haven't exactly had top notch cards lately. I used to use ATI cards as well, but i go where the quality hardware is.

Wheelman is probably Riddick's worst example.

I'm pretty sure they delayed it because of AC4. It's stupid to mess with people's pre-order, but it makes business sense to make the most sales.

You don't release two competing games in the same period of time.

I feel like a perfect example of an ''AAA'' developer, is CDPR. I mean, they're taking the risk of going truly open world, which is what they've been building up for with previous games.

How in the frozen hell can this be that big? I mean, more intense games require less than this.

I don't think Cyberpunk 2077 was confirmed for consoles, and the game isn't releasing before 2015 - 2016 as the earliest.

I doubt they would learn from what CDPR did, and instead we'll get the usual scenes from them. Possibly just to bring the age rating down on the game.

If you're looking for a better tasteful sex experience, then The Witcher 3 releases next year.

If gamers took a more informed approach, instead of being bent over each time, then publishers would notice the sharp drop in numbers. They're then forced to think outside of the box, just to get back those sales.

People did review it for its story, and that wasn't brilliant either.

smh.

Well, expect to see a lot of Greatsword wielders, if they don't reduce the speed. :)

That's not going to turn out well.

I think it depends on a number of different factors, such as if the compelling games serves to rip people off instead.

We'll see what happens.

Sadly, the PC version is delayed i think. At least i heard so earlier, but i'll get that version anyways.

@thomasmiller Rabid dogs will always be just that, i guess. No doubt MS and Sony will get plenty of support, because that's just a given.

Launch games are just not that great, and anyone can spin that as much as they want. Once we go into the next year, and the year after that, the better games will start releasing from 1st AND 3rd party.

Arthas / the Lich King is probably one of the most well known in the gaming space. Killing Arthas was one of the highlights for me, because i played the RTS games as well.

I still remember the trailer giving me a chill down the spine, and it still does.

On another note, it was kinda sad to kill Arthas. He only wanted to do something for the people.

Ahem, i think you have too high hopes for this ''Thief'' game. Nothing this game is doing, is something that Dishonored didn't do already in recent time.

I would even dare say, that they saw how successful Dishonored was, then changed their ideas.

I don't think it's because of that. When he says, that they were too far in development, that's most likely true. Next-gen wasn't on their radar back then.

Anyways, the future of the other consoles are uncertain at this point. I doubt it's another Wii U situation, but the launch lineup of games aren't exactly the best.

Wait a year or two, then the games will come.
