E3 for MS is either going to blow people away or be poor, i dont know if MS have been quiet this year in exclusives on purpose or simply because there is nothing coming out this year/Q1 2010 what we dont already know about, as a proud x360 owner i hope its the former rather than the latter
SF4 to me was just a trip down memory lane, after an hour it made me realise just how far gaming has come and games like this can not be accepted as anything other than DLC, and it also sux on the x360 control pad (Please MS make another c-pad with a proper d pad)

Personally i find the ps3 controller too small and cramped especialy when playing FPS games, and for fighting games the x360 pad sux's bad

As far as i am aware, bioshoock, lbp, crackdown and gears were new IP's, fable is a sequal like KZ2, only the rest have proven franchises
i think the cry engine and the one that capcom uses (cant remember the name) will push the 360 alot futher the ue3, ue3 have made some really good games but like people has suggested, its been used too much by devs who just want to get the games released without really exploring its potential and limits

Was anyone else a little disapointed with the last hour of the single player campaing?, when the level started at the bottom of the stairs with them all pouring down i thought great the sh1ts gonna hit the fan here but from that to the part where you take out the flying thing that you had to kill with the electric the game seemed so devoid of action, good game tho non the less, just a bit short
The disk in the picture has been scratched on purpose, the scratching that the x360 makes is a circular scratch that goes all the way around the circumfrance of the disc, which i think is caused by the people who make the console leaving a buffer out of one side that holds the disc in place so as the disc spins so fast on an uneven balance it causes the disc to wobble and scratch, its not down to a bad console design its down to poor manufactuing, peanuts and monkies come to mind
I am all for expanding the experience on any good games but 800 points is a little excessive for a few maps, for that price i can download fable from xbox classics, i think maps should be no more than 400 points (in my opinion anyway)
There is no such thing as the best console, each individual person has their own personal favorite, for me the best console ever has to be the original xbox (once i replaced the joypad), its the console that i had much for fun with and spend the most hours playing.
Of the current generation, at this moment in time i do prefer the x360 over the other two but that could be beacuse i have bought all of the multiplats for it and i personally have so far enjoyed the exclusives more,...

I think that Sony have taken their eye off the ball with the whole console division, a mixture of arrogance primarily focusing on Blu Ray, if it wasnt for RROD and the poor quality build of the x360 (Brillian console for games btw), the ps3 would be in deeper sh1t but i think that now that blu ray has ousted HD DVD, sony have picked the baton up once again and 2009/2010 should see them claw back some of the market they have lost
i would like to see destructable environments, having only recently bought a ps3 i had really high hopes for the first one what with everyone saying how it had the best graphics etc, and when i saw Nate running through the jungle after you get off the boat at the beginning i was in agreement that the graphics were brilliant, but it really p1ssed me off when my bullet bounced of a jeep tyre, it kind of diluted the feeling for me if that makes sense, good game though non the less, just a bit to...
The last two games to receive this much hype were GTA4 and Halo 3, i think what alot of people are doing is trying to compare the estimated sales figures of this game to the sales figures of the other two and when you see 2 - 3 million against 8 million, it can be perceived as a flop, however Sonys bank balance and the 2-3 million owners of the game will tell you something different, its all about spin and perspective

I dont know about you but when i bought my ps3 all i got was a console a control pad, i blu ray dvd version of I am legend and a scart lead
Like you say all of the things you listed from MS are optional too, i havent bought any of those apart from the extra wireless pad and charger and mine works pretty fine
And people think Sony and MS are they ones who rip people off, so far we have the wii remote, then wii remote exention for better controls, a wii steering wheel for mario kart, several different types of guns, a wii balance board, now a wii control pad, im sure there will be a fishing rod coming out soon as well and i wont be surprised if we see a vitual wii boy mark 2 and a wii screen magnifier to watch games in HD
Normally when doing a comparison one console seems to have a different shade/darkness to the other, on this the screenshots looked identical in everyway possible, take away the ps3/x360 tabs and you wont be able to tell the difference
