Blah, within the next decade it will be the standard. Idc about consoles, idc about disks, but I care if the game is fun. There's arguments to be made, especially with Nintendo... I had so much fun with the Uncharted series especially playing Uncharted 4 on Active Duty. Definitely want his job whether it is a treasure hunter or scuba diver.
I'm the minority here, but I remember very little from Last of Us single player besides the cutscene videos. The multiplayer on the other hand was incredibly fun and possibly the best behind CoD MW PS3.

Rockstar had over 1000 people work on GTA5 before initial release. As sad as it is to see someone this influential leave, I cant see how his role would become more diminished as more people join the team.
HTA will be released at the end of 2021 at the earliest. The games not coming out until 2022 or later. Why not release GTA5 2 years in advance?

Your probably right, but I think the real winner Next-Gen will be Microsoft. They own the infrastructure of PSNow, Nintendo's Virtual Console (or whatever), and Gamepass/ProjectX is all run off of Azure.

Read some comments, I'm here to say that I never experienced any lag playing Forza, Madden, or Hellblade from a solid wifi connection 50mbps.
I have experienced lag and downgraded graphics on 4G in my basement though. More interestingly is when I connect a TV adaptor to my phone or cast, the lag is severe.
