Again, bunch of speculation with no clue on what really happened. Funny how all these drones take any opportunity to bash MS, but again they know nothing of what truly happened. The articles people are citing, again just speculation. The old adage of "it takes two to tangle" can easily apply and what did platinum do to bring this around? But to the drones it will be big bad MS that is the sole responsible party no matter what.
I love all the armchair quarterbacking going on. Nobody knows why it was canceled and until we have a better idea (hopefully) it's up in the air. If can get some deeper insights, then we'll be able to judge the situation from a much better angle. This stuff always remind me of a large mob with pitchforks ready to kill without understanding. Oh well, let the burning commence.
Once again everyone jumps the gun before anyone has a clue as to what is really going on at MS. First its no surprise MS is transitioning into a service, they themselves have said so many times. Sony is taking a much slower route to a service oriented theme and I think, taking a wait and see approach. As for Scalebound, it really does suck, even though I thought the game looked a little shallow.
So what this means is no crying foul when MS does it. But honestly all this paid for content crap is rather tiresome. I say that we gamers should unite and have a day were nobody buys a game for a single day. that would send a msg, but doing something like that would be akin to having true world peace for a day.............its a nice pipe dream.
My bet is on the British VS.............wait for it..........................wa it for it............................ ............................... ...Zulu warriors.....lol.
My prediction is the Scorpio will launch 499.99 w 1tb and will have a less expensive model w a 500gb drive/ Halo is a no brainer prediction/ This is the year we will learn more about Crackdown with cloud computing/ at least one new IP triple A Title that will come out. All Triple A's will take full advantage of the Scorpio including third parties/ Oh, Phantom Dust will be shown.
Funny how this article says on a PS4, but for most the video they showed a DS and a PC. Don't get me wrong I'm glad its coming to the PS4, but I found it funny how the title only mentions PS4. Well, it's looking good and staying true to its roots.
Read the article and how has it become safer? If Sea of Thieves is not a possible new trail blazer then I don't know what is. They took on risks of new franchises, while those games didn't ignite like a Gears of War did when it was first introduced, they still were an attempt to bring something new to the table. He has a point but their really isn't any solution to the problem other than doing away with physical media. Which I would not support. The dlc is somewhat out of hand but mostly in multiplayer centric games. The trend I hate the most are the games that are shipped broken and patched later. Something that never happened to consoles before they became internet capable. That is something that if they did right the first time could save them some money.
This gender preference stuff never use to be in video games at all. I could see if it was a story driven game(like Mass Effect) and their preference for same sex became obvious because of how the story played out. But not this, "their gay" just for the heck of saying it. In the past it didn't matter the preference of the character. What mattered was the reason or the "why" they were doing something, not what sexual orientation they preferred. In most cases doesn't ...
No surprises here. I always laugh when a company calls themselves independent and yet pretty much work with just one company. Hell, I didn't know for a long time that they weren't a Sony studio, because they were so synonyms with each other. Kind of sad to see another independent studio get absorbed but the money must have been real good.
This sucks. Once I heard this game was BC, I went to my local Gamestop and purchased it. I'm only out 3 dollars but free is better. Oh well. Hope everyone picks this up, great game so far.

Loved Enslaved, great game tons of fun, wish they would make a sequel.
