^^ That's all the PS3 fanboys can cling onto, the 'looks' of a few PS3 exclusives, when an enormous amount of multi-plats come out each year looking better on the 360 time and time again.
Have a look don't be blind. I screenshotted them both at the exact moment, 360 clearly higher res like most multiplats it's no different.
360 version looks much brighter, higher resolution.
Not going to happen, every time the PS3 looks like it's about to take over the Xbox, Microsoft has another trick up it's sleeve.
Getting the PS3 with no intention of gaming on it is very stupid. You just want to watch Blu-Rays? Buy a standalone Blu-Ray player.
It ultimately comes down to what games you want to play and online service.

The PS3 would be nothing without it's Blu-Ray drive - wouldn't be able to compete. All this talk of the PS3 being having way more power and whatnot is crap if it can't even pull off a multi-plat with decent antialiasing, resolution and framerate. I think PS3's exclusives such as Uncharted 2 and God of War 3 would be pretty much possible on the 360 if it had the space of a Blu-Ray disc.
