Even thought 4.1 is a exagerating a bit. There were gameplay trailers. They were similar to the beginning of RE4 and showed our hero doing some Hand to Hand as well as using a few rounds of the hand gun than it cut to a quick cut scene.
I also agree. On the internet today you hear too many immature kids being impatient saying they dont want games at all if they can't have them right now. Just read up on the CoD4 Patch. You coulda swore that the game was voted Worst game of the year instead of Game of the Year.
Just remember that this GTA (GTA4) will be the best Grand Theft Auto of them all, and all those after. EA will do nothing but add useless features and probably ruin other things while trying.

By creatinga PLAYABLE game for the PS3 will be one way as well as for the 360. At this point I am willing to buy any other football game besides Madden. F' EA. Honestly who sells a game taht you can play 3 seasons on and than the game is DONE... dont sell sh*t that dont work.

You are right. I would not be surprised to see some kind of petition in the works. Anyone up for some kind of online petition which we could send to the NFL for one and ESPN for another. It would basically give a giant list of names saying that we would love it if they didn't let them advertise (ESPN) and the NFL that they are ruining their product.

Honestly I am a Sony fan... but does the 360 need to be saved? Sad part is there is enough console gamers to support both systems. No system needs to be saved and its not like one is going to dominate this genereation anyway (or any generation).

EA is good at PRODUCING games.. just not creating them. Come on they are somewhere behind CoD4! Look it up! As long as EA throws money at 2k.. but keeps them seperate and doesn't change management and crap like that, everything would be fine. But it is EA that we are talking about...

This just proves the true reason people buy EA games... because they buy out the competition and its the only crap game we are stuck with, which is virtualy the same game for 4 years but released every year.
MLB The Show 08 will blow 2k's baseball game out of the water. They should just make it exclusive to the 360. But this does show that the 360 is starting to hit its FULL potential which is sad after 3 years. The PS3 could probably live through two Xbox's at this rate...
He is right. We have known that a patch has been coming but we still do not have a date and we have already speculated what the contents would be. I guess its nice to know what to expect for sure, but this isn't shocking news to anyone in the know.

Being a computer science major, I believe he is basically saying that they have to dig into the serious hardware issues before they can get the XMB working properly. Either way if they have to change how the hardware works they have to test near a million things to make sure it doesn't change things for the developers or even worse brick systems!
