The $700 Xone had way more pre orders than the $600. Also MS has the carrier support,and the superior partnership with Bes TV. I dont think price is an issue with the target market but will open up to more of the middle class.

I think MSs 5 new studios are still in their infancy and will need time to beef up and gear up development. So MS will ve working with 3rd party which is good cuz the game flow is much faster.
