Look Gears of War 3 outsold every PS3 exclusive in 2011 (just 2011 btw) INClUDING UNCHARTED 3 and that's just Gears which is the second in command to Halo. I'm pretty sure Mario Bros Wii outsold the entire Uncharted trilogy + God of war3 + GT5 or was close
Hmm samish install base: U1 6 million Halo 3: 12 million
U3 6 million Halo 4: 9 million
TLOU + Remastered: 7 million
Halo 4 + MCC: 11 million+
My prediction would be U4 after a few years: 5 million. Halo however traditionally sells most copies in the launch window so I would say H5: 5.5 million within first year.
Well Halo 5 already has nearly triple its pre orders in the US. And Halo 2 sold 8million on a 20 million install base and Halo is way bigger since then so I doubt it will sell more just cos of install base.
