Listen people they are making all DLC free (Halo 4's DLC were 10$ each, 30$ in total) they have to make money some how to balance these free maps.
These micro transactions I'm fine with since they are inexpensive and obtainable in game after every game.
No one has to pay a penny to get REQ packs, you do have to pay to use DLC but here their free.
