You had my curiosity.. but now you have my attention.
Old video, was made around launch.
Great games, and all of them in 1 pack would be a steal, almost Masterchief Collection theft.
All versions look great, should be fun no matter your console of choice.
I wonder if Phil would be making that statement if the people arguing in forums were more in favor of his product??
@KNWS: Those numbers are official leaked npd data from newegg gamecrate. Also they included a month of preorders for the kinectless sku. Sorry there is no way to spin these horrid numbers.
Consoles aren't a necessity, so at no point will it be necessary. However I bought one at launch and couldn't be happier, and the fact the system has not dropped in price means I got to enjoy it 8 months longer than someone who purchases it today. And until there is a price drop it makes no difference.
Now the Xbox on the other hand.. I could have waited 4 months and bought the machine with Titanfall, a year of live, and $100 off.. big time regrets there, you'r...
Sony had a console priced to high, made excuses for lack of rumble in the sixaxis, and a cloud of arrogance. None of this compares to what Microsoft tried to pull.. I'll be surprised if they recover from the mess they made.
Sorry but you are comparing apples and oranges, PS3 was kept up by it's strongest market Europe and the PlayStation brand has worldwide appeal. Microsoft is barely selling consoles in it's strongest territory. Your posts are usually more intelligent than this dribble AngelicIceDiamond.
I loved the co-op campaign in Far Cry 3, it was fun and had it;s own storyline unrelated to the main game. It actually brought me back to multiplayer gaming. Worries me a bit that the director didn't like it.
Edit: after reading the article it was the co-op in the main story and not the co-op campaign he is talking about.
Not a good sale and not a good idea for a sale. I have at least 1 of almost all these pairings and I'm sure I'm not alone on that. Oh well after the 99 cent sale I'm not hurting for games.
Microsoft took plenty of jabs at Sony when the 360 was riding high, love how Microsoft fanboys are trying to rewrite history now that the roles have reversed!
So 5 people bought it with and 4 bought it without.
Guess he stepped out of retirement because he found there is no money to be made in being a troll.
I agree, if there is a next gen it will return to a battle of power and not who can make the best gimmick. I like where things are headed.
The game is great, preorfered right after playing the Alpha and I never preorder games.
Has Sony ever abandoned any of their gaming hardware? Even with weak sales they supported the PSP until it finally took off, and they are hanging in there on the Vita. And they support previous consoles long after their successors have been on the market. Just another feather in Sony's cap that no other game hardware company can claim.
The game is good, but let's not pretend that Nintendo didn't make this a compelling buy for even those who weren't interested in the title by offering a free game with the purchase. Without that deal I know I wouldn't have purchased the game at release. Then you had some people gaming the system buying 4 copies to get all the free games.
Since this fall is mainly multiplats and they play better on the PS4 I have to disagree with Microsoft PR there.
Great show and welcome back after the few week hiatus. Also really liked having Victor on the podcast, hope he gets on before the next 50th episode. haha
