Don't understand why folk are disagreeing with you. I'm still amazed today with the content gamers on LittleBigPlanet 2 can create years after launch.
The delay has me even more hopeful given EA's track record of rushing out unfinished products. Come on old-school(ish) RPGs.
Some of them make some pretty serious money in their little "clans". The scene has only grown since MW2 (though it's nothing compared to other e-sports such as LoL).
CoD's strength is also it's ease of play/pick and play nature. Folks like my manager who is online for very brief sessions can join a game and still post decent scores whereas in other FPS games he might struggle against more regular players. As a result he enjoys it more.
Justin Bieber sells quite a few albums every year. Even amongst those that bought Ghosts, the majority would not rank it as the best CoD. Quantity has never guaranteed quality.
Saw that at the time, but it seems to me (and others on the forums) that what the he's saying is the new games will be developed in addition to SWTOR (i.e. not a new BW star wars game).
Add to that, BioWare are currently developing for SWTOR, Dragon Age Inquisition, Mass Effect 4 and a new I.P. (so not Star Wars) and I can't see where they have the resources for another game.
Hope I'm wrong.
Yes. They've appeared in the series from the start, but they're now playable. Their appearance will be that of DA2 as opposed to Sten in Origins. Hasn't been confirmed but there's been talk of being able to alter/remove your horns.
Human, Elf, Dwarf and Qunari (so far at least).
No, you can choose your race too. So far it's confirmed as Human, Elf, Dwarf and Qunari too. :)
In addition to SWTOR's continued support? Give me links - give me! :P
Just so folk are clear, cause the article isn't, your character is fully customisable (including race thankfully).
I wasn't a huge fan of the direction they took Dragon Age with the second game, but it does seem like they realise a lot of the game's flaws and they're rectifying it for Inquisition so I'm looking forward to it.
Curious about this new IP too.
Cumbernauld! Small world. Get him to try the Tesco Extra right next to Asda too - can see them getting a few if Asda are as well.
Exactly, and he's spot on though. The game was clearly not ready for launch and EA pushed it out anyway with this "Fix it later" attitude and, so far, all we've been offered in compensation for playing a beta is double XP (which is laughable when several issues still exist)
Couldn't disagree more. Compare the price of a film (even on Blu-ray) against the typical blockbuster budget and you'll see gaming studios are well rewarded for their work.
Even more so in an industry that sees more shovelware and copy/paste sequels every year.
Stock Informer (co.uk) gives real time updates on stock levels for those of you still looking. Also, keep an eye on John Lewis as they don't take pre-orders so it really is first come first served. Good luck.
At least Amazon can be relied upon for acceptable digital prices!
You can be a traditional family if you want, just allow others to form their own families.
It's clearly satire - note the homosexuality being "invented" in the 20th century. Her partner is also called Janet ;)
It's bit them in the rear though. This year, more than any before, CoD was vulnerable and BF blew it's chance all because EA couldn't wait.
I also think it shows just how little they think of gamers/fans that with all the issues BF4 has experienced since launch not one iota of compensation has been offered save double XP weekends (insult to injury given the game was still unplayable for many).
EA are poison.
