Was RE5 actually any good? I played the demo and wasn't impressed, seemed too much like RE4 and the controls felt dated after Dead Space.
I'll only bother getting a Platinum if it's not going to be a total nightmare. If a game requires me to finish it 5 times and it takes 30+ hours for each run through then I can't be bothered.
Similarly if a Platinum requires coming first in an online game 5 times in a row then I don't bother either.
Mulitplayer shouldn't have trophies.

Are people able to cheat because they have a hacked console?
Please please please don't gimp the single player experience just so you can shoehorn in a multiplayer mode. Some games don't need multiplayer.
Does this work with a joypad? I would expect it'd get too frantic. It's excellent on the iPhone touch
I still want brick and mortar stores so that I can trade in my games when I'm done though.
That said, GAME is quite shocking for trade in prices.
I still haven't played the demo yet even though it's sitting on my PS3, but based upon the reviews it's getting I might just delete it without bothering.
The thing I notice is that you have to push Eject when turning it on to make it read from the USB. If that feature can be blocked via a firmware update then that's the end of that.

It's just been revealed that he'll be played by British actor Stephen Merchant, best known for his work in collaboration with funny man Ricky Gervais in The Office and Extras. I wouldn't get too excited, 75% of the time these games get so far and then the developer loses interest and abandons the project.
Either that or it gets shut down.
