Some games were never really designed to be finished. A classic example is Xenon on the Amiga. The developers never expected anyone to be able to finish the game so they didn't bother putting in a ending.
The game crashes when you finish it ;)
Hopefully it'll be a first person shooter interspersed with racing bits.

I think I'll leave BioShock 2. I picked up the original after I played Dead Space and it really didn't do anything for me.
