Calm down Tiger, If there is a certain group that hates SEGA then they are the Nintendo fanboys, and I actually love Madworld and think the Wii has some pretty good games like muramasa and Fragile. However, I've seen how Nintendo fanboys always bash Sega, You can take the Nintendo fanboy site (oldwizzrd.com) as an example.

Games like RE5 and MGS4 were very westernized to the point that it lost its Japanese charm, but Madworld looks like its westernized to death, but its still have the Japanese charm totally intact.
Console wars and Fanboys existed from the SNES era and even before.

They are not the SEGA we knew alright, but They are doing better than Square Enix, Namco, And other companies no one Bash.
Also, I agree with Panzer Dragoon, But Shenmue should have taken the first!
I heard many people talking about it at the time, So I decided to try it out, Was Very disappointed with anything except the combat system and its fluidity.
The story and Script was lackluster, the art style wasn't good IMO, the music also. The Dungeons, some of them are pretty horrible (take key X to open Room X which you will find another key to open another room) It was pretty tiring.
But all in all it was a good game. but very overrated IMO.
...SMG is a 2007 game.

Bayonetta rocking is given, Since KAMIYA is directing it!
Its an Open world Action-RPG and its story driven. Amazing series, but it doesn't sell in the west.
