MS just has to have a good price for their console. Buying a PC for xbox games is not really that good of an option when you likely can buy a 4k console for 500 dollars.

This has nothing to do with xbox one sales. Its the drop in revenue as the 360 is know longer been bought and xbox one being sold at a lower cost. Its the loss to MS by not selling its xbox one at full price.

xbox actually narrowed the gap if you look at the numbers. Ubssoft said the first three months of q2016-15 the difference was 27 per cent PS4 and 11 per cent xbox one
The numbers for q2016-2017 show a narrowing of the gap xbox is now at 23 per cent and not 11 per cent, thats an increase of 12 per cent. Sony is at 31 per cent an increase of 4 per cent.
500 dollars is the perfect price point. Scorpio should last more then 5 year if its truly a 4K native console?
Not sure i agree with that barely anyone runs games at 4K on PC, so what difference does it make announcing it early? Yes Sony can redo what they planned and they can try for 4K too, then you just have two consoles with similar power next year.
Is it not true AMD hardware is performing better with DX12? And why the hell would devs choose vulkan when devs are making games for console and PC. Dx12 is available on xbox and PC. Its just easier to go with DX12
6TF could be a conservative estimate and it only the processing power the machine will have. The Scorpio could be more powerful then that we still don't know exactly what GPU and CPU it is using.
The PS4 has 18 CU's we have to wait and see what the NEO and Scorpio GPU CU count is
Microsoft said the machine will have 324gb/s of bandwidth that means it will have more then 8 gigs of GDDR5 and that means the machine will be a beast.
The console is not going to be out for another 18 months, the GPU chip is likely going to be Vega.
The majority of the negative reviews were posted late May/ June 2016, the reason why i said 90 per cent. The latest batch of those consoles have a problem.

Neo will have a new gpu and probably a newer or upclocked CPU. Its an upgrade. They be stupid to release another console in 2018-19 they would far too many SKU'S out it be a mess. Hopefully Sony just fixes the specs of the Neo nobody wants to see three new consoles from Sony by the time 2019 gets here?
Crazy deal to be honest. The elite controller at full price is still 150 dollars. With an extra controller added to the bundle and it having a 1TB solid state harddrive you are really picking up an xbox one for less then 200 dollars. I buy if i had not got Elite controller already,
