Honestly, I played the Black Ops 2 free weekend on steam, and it convinced me to buy it. Not laggy at all on PC, and it seems fairly balanced. I had fun at least. The xbox version on the other hand is not so great when it comes to latency.
Misread that as just ram at first. But still, that is quite a bit of VRAM. Considering how good the game looks, that's not a bad thing though. This is a new generation of consoles after all.

Agreed. When you get to the point where all you do is kill, it can get pretty dull. Unlocking things is fun. Still though. The developers should do something to keep the system feeling fresh and new after each installment, and we all that probably won't happen in any major way.

Some great games have sold poorly. And a lot of those games gain popularity over time.
