IW is claiming that Ghosts is some kind of graphical prodigy, so even if this article is true, it won't be anything impressive. Especially not after a year into the new gen.
And even if the artists are talented at cetain things, It doesn't mean even half that shit will make it into the game.
Remember that Sledgehammer games still exists. I wouldn't be surprised if Activision started releasing these games sub-annually. As in two CoD games a year.

I'm only jealous about Forza. I haven't seen any gameplay of Halo yet (and that's coming from a huge Halo fanboy) and I can play Titanfall on my PC.
Keep in mind that they would be competing with not only each other, but Steam as well. It would improve all online services IMO
