I don't always encourage piracy. But when I do, its because companies pull this crap.
Maybe if all the haters were game developers themselves. But most of them aren't so I don't see where you're trying to go with this.

The engine took more time than anything I'm sure. I'm sure developers could make good game (by CoD standards) in a two year time frame if they had access to the engine.

same here. I know some people have a problem with it. But if I'm not enjoying myself, I don't have to stick around. lol
Really the only one I disagree with is not wearing a headset. Very few of us want to 12 year olds or frat boys (who have the exact same level of maturity oddly enough). Plus on 360, wired mics are fragile as hell, and the wireless ones just stop charging after a couple of years of use.

considering steam just recently started supporting russian currency, I'm not really suprised. make games a pain in the ass to buy, or even play (in the case of DRM) of course people are going to pirate games.
I love Cod but the fans annoy me when they act like everything is the second coming

well on PC, I can tell you it's from a lack of demos. I need to know how well my PC will run something before I make a purchase
