While a agree with you, there are fanboys on both sides and, ironically, timotim is one of them. Can never compliment anything Sony does, and everything Microsoft does is the best thing ever.
I think most people on this site come across as "Sony fanboys" because they, like myself, feel very let down by Microsoft's mediocrity this gen.
Let's be honest, you just hope they dont timotim. To stop making hardware are use other's hardware for their service is a very real possibility for Microsoft in the near future.

This "Sony fans loves single player experiences" argument is a joke. Wasn't Fable single player? Sunset Overdrive, Quantum Break? I'm sure a lot of MS fans would love a single player game of Sony's quality. They just haven't had any decent options.

I agree. Although, it's also a trend right now to hate everything popular in order to look a little edgy.
However, in this case this though, I think Anthem is a very disappointing game.
That is the state of a lot of games nowadays, and why I feel slightly let down with this gen. In my opinion when you look back at the PS3/360 days the quality has definitely slipped compared to that gen, and consumers seem to be happy to receive less and less from developers, and people are likely to think previous games weren't all that bad.

But let's be honest, that just isn't going to happen. Microsoft has somehow managed to keep people like you constantly holding out for all the upcoming 'amazing' stuff they have, only for people to be constantly disappointed. This has been the case since 2013. People should not give them a free pass for mediocrity.
