I didn't realise all these 360 games are free. The BC stuff will fizzle out when people realise they've already played/completed/got bored of the majority of last gen's games and they'll move on. I still have BC on my 60gb PS3 and I've barely ever touched it, and that's even with the huge libraries of the PS1 and PS2.
Yeah. This backwards compatibility stuff isn't as great as people make out, someone hearing this news would assume all 360 games are playable but that really isn't the case. I can see a lot of developers blocking this.
I understand what you're saying, but Cod is a great filler for when there are no games out or you want a quick game to pick up and play. Quite happy about this exclusive deal to be honest and it's a very smart business move by Sony, regardless of quality Cod is one of the best selling franchises ever made. Plus Zombies has a huge following so this is great for Sony.

I think theyre mainly doing this to see if people want it, rather than fund it, as Shenmue has never been one to generate huge sales. I'm pretty sure Sony are funding much of it.

Only Gears 1 in the Remaster and a pretty mediocre showing for Gears 4, yep it was pretty disappointing.
I hope the developers of this remaster get torn to pieces for this just like God of War did.
