Mario Kart, Mario Galaxy, Zelda, Metroid (you wish), Pikmin and SSB are all Nintendo fans have to look forward to. Its not enough, and it comes too slowly.
Fact is, I haven't heard one person talk about Wii U. Everyone is waiting for PS4 and Nextbox. I don't see this ending well for the Wii U.
In context: "We created a CGI trailer that can't be reproduced on an affordable machine. And, by affordable, we mean sub $4000."
You can't please everyone, and I'm glad Irrational didn't try to. They sent out to make a particular story that not everyone will agree with. But, any one who does compromises the integrity of their vision. I don't think a religious person is going to by a Slayer album, and then complain about blasphemy. So, why buy an M rated game in a franchise known for its propensity for social and philosophical discourse, and expect any different?
No. Heavy Rain was the great experience it was partly to its control scheme. Let Quantic Dream do what its good at. Making an experience unlike anything else on the market.
Uh. Hardly. Where do you think I got Sound Shapes? PSN. Hundreds of games is overstating it. Unless you're counting old PSP and PSone games, which would be silly. I'm talking about Vita games. You know, the reason you buy one in the first place.
I'm not an Xbot. I'm still the proud owner of a PS3, and a supporter of PS+. PSN is EtherCore if you need proof. I'm just not a blind supporter of a handheld that is seriously lacking in the games department. Its n...
The Vita needed more good games. I wound up selling mine after I played through Uncharted and Sound Shapes. Got tired of not having anything to play on it. Hopefully, more devs actually support it.
Not to mention, Bach is a composer from Leipzig, Germany.
Ask thatgamecompany how it is to work under Sony. Then, come back and tell me how publishers can't give devs breathing room.
I enjoy consoles because I can afford them, and they give me great games. Why would I spend $800+ on a PC that's going to be equivalent to a PS4 or 720? Look, I understand the PC has some nice exclusives, but games like Diablo 3 and The Witcher are taking the leap. Its only a matter of time when most others will as well.
Best discussion I've seen on this game so far.
If Valve could commission an affordable and capable Steam Box, PC could dominate. Otherwise, I don't see it happening.
@ Computersaysno, while I agree with most of what you said, the fact is games are driven by consoles. Yes, it all started on PC, but you're not going to see many games that won't run on consoles. Most devs can't afford to ignore them. Its why most people only buy a GTX 660 or HD 7850. Due to console limitations you know these cards will run just about everything coming out right now.
Then those people won't be getting an Xbox will they Riverstar? Your logic is flawed as well.
In the countries the Xbox will be on sale, electricity is readily available. Not so for internet.
Did he really compare the internet to electricity? There's a problem with that logic, idiot. Electricity is everywhere. The internet is not.
What a joke.I can get the full games cheaper on the internet. And,the Fallout 3 dlc is ridiculous. No one is playing that anymore.
What has crippled Nintendo is the fact that the audience has grown up,and they refuse to recognize that.
I proved Bastion, and this game looks great. If Super Giant keeps this up their on their way to becoming one of my favorites.
What's really surprising, is how quickly this became the top trending "article".
