I'm not talking about smart phones. I'm talking tablets. And, if you knew anything about them, you'd know that there are already several game controllers on the market specifically made for them. So, yes, they have buttons.
With Tegra 4 and new S4 800 series processors, its just a matter of time before we get a Vita emulator. There's already one for DS and GameCube.
It will never replace home console gaming. I just think more people will turn to it instead of handhelds. Especially since the Android platform in particular has emulators as well as ports.
I know I'm crazy, but this is where I think mobile gaming is headed. Companies like Square Enix and Sega are realizing this, and porting many of their games to the platform. With the ever growing power of tablets, and new widespread support for gaming controllers, its just a matter of time.

Its a joke, right? I mean, most of the games on Ouya are worse. Cheaper, but worse.
The gameplay was great. It just looks like butt now.
Man, someone's feelings are hurt. It's not like I'm making stuff up. There was an article on here a week ago, after the demo went live, suggesting Nintendo should even consider packing it in with new Wii U sales. That's how much of a system seller one guy thought it would be.
Also, I seem to remember a lot of people claiming this as their #1 game coming out of E3.
Lol. Fanboy. I have all the systems, so yeah, guess I'm a gaming fanboy. Fact is, I saw articles claiming it should be, and heard a lot of hype prior to the reviews. Nice try.

I'll tell you why. Because MS spent too much money on the tech not to include it. If they didn't include it, they'd have a hard time recouping that loss.
This was the perfect direction for Saints Row to go. The first was a good experiment in great controls and sandbox gameplay, but the tone of 3 and 4 set them apart and put them on everyone's radar.
The one mech game I wish would come to console. But, alas, never will.
This has nothing to do with Vita. They're talking about PlayStation Mobile for phones like the Experia Play.
I agree they have a use for some people. I just don't think its optimized very well. Especially when I have my Klipsch surround blaring.
I'll have to see it work for myself. They played the audio supposedly running through their filters, but until I see a real world scenario, I'll remain skeptical.
The camera mapping looks great though.
In all honesty, I found most titles that included Kinect voice commands annoying. I literally had to yell at my squad in Mass Effect 3, and even then, they only worked half the time.

Well, I'm talking more about tablets. And, its just a matter of time. We know the adoption rate of tablets is higher than 3DS and Vita. We know tablets generate more revenue. Sooner or later more devs are going to jump on board. UbiSoft, Sega, EA,Square, ID, Double Fine, etc.. are already making games for them.
