Isn't it a bit of false advertising to have the drums with the cymbals? As I understand that's a third party addition that will come after launch, and it may be misleading to people who don't know much about the game.
I'm also not too fond of all the 360 love, but it is understandable considering it's coming there first.
I don't know why they don't work at first from this page, but once you enter your age past the link, all three work here.
People on the forum are saying simply redownload the song or pack and it works.
I was gonna post this as duplicate, but it's nice to see that IGN has added their own thoughts on each track. Nice post.
What these guys say about the Rhythm game genre is spot on.
I think the Bassist is a chick, how sweet is that? Metal band, chick bassist, in Rock Band - FTW.
I downloaded LatCoD&C and Skullcrusher Mountain, the Coulton song works perfectly fine, the Frontalot one gets stuck on the loading screen. I've been keeping an eye on the forums for a fix, but nothing has come up yet. I'll post here when I learn anything.
Oh yeah, I'm all over this stuff! I can't wait!
I wouldn't say it looks hot, but it's definitely an interesting concept. I kinda agree with Mitchell below, if it was a Sony product it'd be a lot more enticing, but it'd probably look a lot better if they made it anyway.
Truth is, a remote that actually is universal would be nice. Give me something that changes the channels on my tv, controls my devices, works as a video game controller, with a full qwerty keyboard, and maybe even phone capabilities - I'd be all over that.
I'm going for the GameStop preorder. Nariko was tempting, but Kratos pushed it over the edge for me. Plus most of my preorders come from there...
I know, I kinda wish they could do an extended commercial with more of the song, it's pretty frickin' sweet.
I wouldn't say it's that bad, maybe not my first choice, but it's not horrible. And it's a pretty sweet cinematic, similar to the first, but just a bit different (kinda like the game, I guess).
I don't really want to buy my way in, but given the option, I'm sure I would. I can't wait until we have our way in.
I'm not sure about your comment highdro, but I do want a PSP-3000.
Well that's interesting, I'm not sure PC and Mac is the best way to go in that people probably won't want to huddle around a monitor, but it's interesting, nonetheless.
I know I picked up a Wii after doing WiiFit at the in-law's. My family played it for about a month, and it's hardly been touched since. I'm not upset with my purchase, but it sure hasn't gotten the use I thought it would. Maybe a new game will bring it back to life...
I think that actual censorship of the internet will be much worse. This is bad, to be sure, but it's already a practice throughout much of the rest of the world.
My ISP is through Charter Communications, and I feel like they're already throttling our bandwidth. It shouldn't be the case, but I truly wonder sometimes.
I can't believe how long it took for this story to take off. Bad news for Rush fans, but at least the RBDLC streak continues.
I find it interesting that every time I think GH:WT has trumped RB2's song list, HMX makes an announcement like this. That list up there is EPIC win!
Disturbed is in Rock Band, all of the DLC will work in RB2.
I want Tool though, so I'll buy GH:WT with the guitar, the RB2 disk and the Ion drumset. I've already got the original Rock Band controllers, so I'll have the best of everything, right?
