I have yet to find even a single game on my smartphone to hold me over for even an hour. Zenonia was half decent, but WAY to simple for me (I like to consider myself as a deep RPG gamer). All of the gameloft games are cheap, overpriced knock-offs, and in reality, they aren't even that fun to play. Modern Combat is just something to hold me over until I cam get home to play Battlefield... And to be honest, I hardly even act...
Not to mention that you are supporting the game with that purchase. Come on, that's a good thing!

How about a time setting that is so far into the future that the concept of time has basically been ripped apart and started over from scratch, then fast forwarding back into the future of that new time generation to what will become a new exotic reality? lol.

They could easily have even a couple of characters done within a month. Especially if they are using character templates which I'd imagine they are. Don't underestimate these guys. They need to make concepts, designs, graphics, animations, mechanics, then balancing. Might seem like a lot for one person, but with an entire team behind it, it speeds up the process dramatically.
