If the infinite power thing is true, Nvidia and AMD would go out of business because no one would ever need to buy a graphics card ever again.
The fact that they are still in business proves that the cloud's "infinite power" is total crap.
I feel the same way. The game definitely doesn't look bad by any means, but it didn't really wow either. I'm glad that Xb1 players will have this and everything, but it just doesn't look THAT impressive. The Division and Destiny look to be much, much better games in my opinion.
The thing is, Sony DOES have that cloud technology. It's called Gaikai. Do you see anyone spazzing out about it as if it's "the greatest thing in the world"? No, because we all know that cloud based gaming, while being a great idea for the future, just isn't reasonable this day and age.
I don't disagree with you, but there are a ton of console games that use dedicated servers.
A game like this probably wouldn't be much fun by yourself anyways. Whatever though, it looks fun as hell so I'm getting it.
Even if AMD isn't making a lot of money from the next gen consoles, it's still definitely good for their reputation. And having a good reputation is one step closer to getting out of debt.
If I drew that map, I'd feel completely honored that it appeared in such a fantastic game.
What is this guy talking about? Is he trying to seem smart or something? I don't even... Ugh.
As newmonday said, this guy is spam.
In both Dark Souls 1 and Demon's Souls, there is just something so heartwarming about dropping into another player's world, killing them mercilessly and stealing their soul. Ah, good times.
I'd love to see some troll try to argue with all of that. Next gen hasn't even started yet and Sony is already dominating.
I don't think they lied even once. They did a lot of fact dodging, but lying not so much.
And that damn bow... It's all anyone ever seems to use. Like you said, it's really great when you're doing well... But when you fail, it makes you want to slam your controller through the TV.
Well technically guys, DDR3 is outdated and old. So is GDDR5 in that same respect. At least they will be soon. That doesn't change the fact that GDDR5 is still much better for gaming than DDR3 though.
It doesn't matter though because Cloud Computing will be completely insignificant. By the time it does become useful, Sony will also utilize it just as Microsoft... But Sony will still boast the more powerful hardware.
That's exactly how I felt reading it. It's like his mind was set before even playing it. Must have been hard to push through such an amazing game, trying to find faults with it.
@Tctczach, why are you typing like that? I read that as if you were some sort of monotonous robot.
Microsoft isn't like Lex Luther. Lex is the most badass villain in the DC universe. There's nothing badass about Microsoft.
Nah. Mechs really aren't a big deal in the Killzone world. Nice try though.
Don't get me wrong here, the game looks really fun and I do intend on getting it on PC... But I don't really get what's "truly innovative" about it. Everything this game is doing has been done by other games. It's just blending a bunch of things together.
There's nothing wrong with profiting from happiness.
