Who cares what reviewers say? Of course is 60Hz much better. It's not only that the graphics are much more fluid. It's also that the game reacts quicker to inputs from the controller.
Any racing game that is not 60Hz gets a minus point in my book. 30Hz is the standard for most action games today. More is always better with framerate.
Although I can understand that the guys at Insomniac think that way, there are several games that look great and run at 30Hz.
What planet have you been living on? Have you seen the Metascore? Have you seen how many copies they sold?

If you're new to the PSP it might be a good choice, but if you already own a PSP with UMD games then you're ripped off.
And what does this whole BlueTooth bring you, the PSP already got WLAN what else do you want? I don't see what BlueTooth brings to the table that wasn't already there?
Also a major trade-off is that you can get almost all games cheaper than from the PSN store on UMD... so why give in to the monopoly of Sony?
