R* releases a bunch of trailers of cutscenes and like right before release they show more gameplay.
Any game that has R* on the box never shows gameplay before release. Just how they roll.

Yep, buy it. I played a decent sized chunk of DS and it isn't as hard as people make it seem. You just gotta realize early on that the whole world wants to kill you and to just use logic to understand what to do. I got through the first level just using common sense and remembering how I died last time.

Bernie was a character built off satire (like allllll of GTA IV) but he was still a decent character at the end of the day.
And Gay Tony was actually really well done (friends with a really* straight guy and it never once says he secretly likes him, he's more like a father figure, which if you think about it, that's probably never happened before).

Never paid attention to this game but it sounds really good. My favorite games all focus on story and this one sounds like it has potential.
Too bad I really* doubt I can afford it or even make time for it. Have so many games. Couldn't justify buying it.

Haha, haven't redeemed mine yet (got YLOD day after LBP2, but I got a slim!) but $31 doesn't sound worth it for Gonzo and Ratchet and Clank. Looking forward for those most.

This would actually be good for me. My 60GB PS3 just YLOD'ed for the second time. Enough's enough, getting a Slim PS3. But my favorite game ever's MGS3 so I won't be able to play it. But if this happens then it won't really be a problem.

Yeah re4 symbolized an evolution in 3rd person shooters. It wasn't good cause it was just cause it was a good survival horror game.
Actually CoD4's story was really well done. It would be a good action movie the likes of which we haven't had since Die Hard 1, Predator ect.
Story being weak is concerning for me but it's basically a nonissue at this point. Broker than I care to admit and still have an almost comically high stack of games I need to finish. Couldn't justify buying it even if it got the world's first 13.4/10.
