Stupid question.
Some of the best singleplayer (not necessarily singleplayer only) games out there are FPS games. HL, HL2, Bioshock, CoD4 ect. Multiplayer has its place but you can't just ignore interactive storytelling for multiplayer.
MS and Sony have both tried to extend the lives of their consoles with Kinect and the Move. Now could this blindside them and maybe force them to announce their plans a little sooner but I doubt it.
MS is riding Kinect and Sony's focusing on the Move and the ngp/psp2. New consoles 2013 at earliest. And I can't afford the Wii 2 so yeah.
Ridiculously well said.

Well, I've been having FFXIII unplayed since last october so I started getting into that. Wow people were waay too critical on that game. 20 hours in and I'm really enjoying it. Story's a big web of secrets and lies that really gets interesting a few hours in.
Have Portal 2 unopened but I figure I'm better off just finishing one game instead of switching between a few and not really appreciating them.
And that's what I've been doing...
If they do good, good for them. But I haven't seen anything good out of them so far on this Sony thing.
Haha, cool avatar.

edit: And so I can be on topic, I got signed out while playing FFXIII yesterday. That's been about the only problems I've had.
I suppose* it's just another shooter but this looks to actually to do so much right for multiplayer. I'm really hopeful this turns out to be a success, if it meets my expectations.
For me to be looking forward to a multiplayer game must count for something.
Yeah I really don't get why people focus on that* part of the gamestop experience to complain about.
There's a person out there that doesn't know that much about games when they walk inside. And they walk out informed and with a preorder.
Though I rarely go to gamestop anymore. I didn't hate them, it's just you can't pass up the deals on amazon.
It was something original in a world of sequels (nothing against sequels but sometimes new blood is good). I bought it for $60.
Still need to get that dlc...
Yeah amazon credit has been lasting about a year. Not a week or two.
Easy mistake but yeah.
Meh, I love ME and I just started FFXIII and I really like it so far.
Whatever faults they have, I don't mind when I'm having fun.
Haha, yep. I wanted to play it but don't have my 360 connected to the internet so I bought it on the steam sale on my sister's laptop. Loving it even though it can be very hard.
And there's a good squirt of blood in Uncharted when you shoot people. Also "mild" cussing.
Theoretically, if they were being very tough, Uncharted could get an M.
People need to work on forgiveness. He not only did his time, he reformed. People go to jail all the time and go back to doing what they went in for. He reformed (so far, but being optimistic, he reformed fully) and now he's a success story.
Give the man a break.
You can make him a permanent enemy or learn forgiveness on a reformed guy.
Not to my memory. There were mudcrabs and...no. There were mudcrabs.
Looking forward to Skyrim. Wouldn't be surprised if it were this year's goty. But why oh why did they have to put spiders in this???????
In FO3, there were roaches but they were killed in one hit. The giant ants were bad but Dogmeat distracted them while I sniped them. Radscorpions were sick but I persisted.
But these.....
Oh dear oh dear o...
*shivers*
no....
Good picks but kinda sorda all over the place.
CoD4 over any CoD btw.
And MGS3 > all.
Haha, someone should forward this to ND. I think they'd enjoy seeing it.
Hmm, gotta try a few of these.
Haha, yeah this gen has been good to us but it's hampered by a few of these things.
About 4 on this list though, an amusing comic about it:
