They already let players abuse the obnoxious auto aim feature for bs quickscoping, so I would guess there will be all kinds of exploits found when the game launches. That said, I'm still looking forward to it, the game will be less stale with the future setting and its one of the only series that still has local split screen mp.
I'm one of the biggest vita supporters out there, but after so many disappointing E3s, I'm not holding my breath. Hopefully they will deliver this year and announce some big AAA games that have been in development along with a ps4/vita bundle at $500, as well as finally bringing over the 64gb memory card and slashing existing card prices. Just bringing down memory card costs would make the handheld much more attractive to potential buyers.
You hear that Ubisoft?, definitely picking this over The Crew. Always online can go screw itself.
Xbots can't handle the truth.
Yuck.
I'll believe it when I see it.
Enjoy the 900p version.
In Battlefield 4 the water is dynamic and reacts to surfaces as well as player movement. From what I remember playing Shadow Fall, when it was raining, water wouldn't collect on the ground and would just fall through. Infamous had excellent wet surfaces but I noticed that if you ran on them, they wouldn't react, there wasn't any splash back. This is somewhat trivial, but when games look as good as KZ and Infamous, little things like that stand out.
Shadow Fall definitely looks good, but those water effects are a joke, compared to other recent games it is severely lacking.
In my opinion, this game is at least an 8. Sure it is difficult, but that's part of the charm, overcoming ridiculous obstacles.
Its a shame the vita isn't doing better, from a hardware standpoint, it obliterates the 3ds' dinosaur tech and has far better online. Just needs more western support, though I'm really liking all the localizations coming its way.
You are one jaded asshole, keep riding that microdick.
I games I really want to see are a new Metroid by Retro, F Zero, Starfox, and a new Zelda.
I have no problem with remasters, its actually kind of nice to have the option, especially if you haven't played the games previously. Besides, its good to have these filler games because the big games for either platform aren't coming out for a while.
Conker is the only thing that could make me consider buying an Xbone.
Competition is always good, it has a way of keeping everybody in line. No one wants monopolization.
@devwan
The latest Codemaster racing games have all included split screen, Grid 2, F1 13, Dirt 3, Dirt Showdown. Also Gran Turismo, Forza and Blur off the top of my head.
True, but these two upcoming titles are just prettier versions of games that are also releasing on last gen consoles. Evolution in gameplay will come but in the meantime better graphical fidelity is definitely welcome.
I'm expecting an all out action game, Gears of Evil.
I hear that, you can definitely see a difference on games using sub native resolution on vita compared to full resolution. The additional blurriness from putting in a 1080p screen would be ugly. Having text in game look like its been smeared in vasoline is very unappealing. Bad upscaling is one reason I can't go back to PSP titles on vita. The resolution on vita is fine as long as its native.
