If you talking about sunset overdrive 2 then you can hang that up, poor sales of the first installment as well as the fact that insomniac just finished ratchet and clank last year and are now working on spiderman ps4

What people fail to realize and everyone fails to realize is that this is sales ending on the 21st, gr2 launched on the 20th.....that's not a lot of time to chart.

Not sure I believe that, ni no kuni did weak at launch on ps3 with an install base of 80 million, the game went on to sell over 1 million copies over the next year.
Not to mention this is vg charts so let's take it with a grain of salt.

They helped with bloodborne, they're still helping with deep down, they made gravity rush 2 and the last guardian (both gorgeous im a unique art style) as well as working on knack 2.

My backlog b is big as hell as I just finished gravity rush 1 and just purchased the last guardian but I'll still be buying both on release....I definitely don't have the time to play them.
Also mass effect andromeda as well as persona 5 drop not even a month after. For me there is no summer drought.
