My cousin and I used to take turns playing levels in Disruptor. One of our favorite games back in the day. Good times!
You've honestly never heard of anyone shaving their head after having a mental breakdown? I personally know of someone (family member) that's done this. Not sure what actions you relate to having a mental health crisis, but not everyone expresses a breakdown in the same way.
Just speculation, but what if she could be going through a mental health crisis (hence the shaved head)? If that was her in the picture with the group of people in the trailer, she had hair then. Maybe something could have happened and really had an effect on her mentally. I mean...she's going to a planet where no one has been heard from again in over 600 years. Does that sound like something a sane person would be willing to do? I could be way off base here, but we barely even know anyth...
People can also do a lot of the basic stuff (check their e-mails, browse the web, edit videos, etc.) on their phones too so there's that.
C'mon now, with all the amount of physical games available right now (and coming in the future) for the PS5, do we really think that there will be no disc option whatsoever with the PS5 Pro? I'm thinking Sony may end up doing exactly what they're doing with the Slim models.
I still kind of find it crazy that 4 years into this generation we still have yet to see what most of Playstation's 1st party studios can do with a non cross-gen PS5 only title (Naughty Dog included because The Last of Us Part 1 was the same game we got years ago, but prettier and with somewhat better AI imo). Insomniac is the only studio that's given us not just one, but two current gen only games and both gave us something that I felt wasn't possible on last gen (ray-tracing in ...
NXGamer on Youtube does, somewhat, the same type of coverage that Digital Foundry does. He has his own channel, but he works for IGN as well. Haven't watched any of his videos lately (work and other things have been taking up a lot of my time) but from what I remember from his videos, he seemed neutral and informative. He's just not as consistent as DF with his uploads
Had a feeling Immortals of Aveum was going to come to Plus when I bought the Digital Deluxe Edition for $20 a couple weeks ago. Need to start listening to my gut more.
That's pretty much how I'm looking at the PS5 Pro also. There's a lot of games out right now that already have 60 fps performance modes, but with low internal resolutions. My guess would be that those performance modes will see the biggest improvements with resolution and etc. UE5 games, for example, will probably benefit quite a bit visually with the GPU bump.
Tales of Kenzera: ZAU? That one caught my attention when I first saw it.
Add Killzone 2 to that list for me. Good times
That's not always the case. The Dead Space remake launched $10 cheaper on Steam than the console versions. There are some games however that launch the same price regardless the platform. Would be nice if we could hear from the publishers themselves on why they decide to launch day and date games with different pricing between consoles/pc when at the end of the day it's the same exact game
@Aarkydoul: Try again. I'm not a fanboy. I'm a gamer. I play on whatever I want. If it's something on a particular platform that I want to play, I will buy it and play it on that platform. I just find it weird that some of you pc guys feel entitled to everything for some reason. I'm sure there are some cool ppl that game on pc, but it's pc players like you that give the platform a bad look in my eyes. And for what you pay for just a gpu alone, I would hope that it would lo...
Just...why lol. I mean, you're free to wait for a theoretical pc version if you want, but this was a trailer for a game that's confirmed to be coming out on PS4/PS5 in a couple of months. Why you thought it would be cool to come and troll about a currently nonexistent pc port is beyond me
According to some of the comparisons that I've seen on YouTube, there's headroom for the current gen versions of the game so I don't think it's quite limitations of the consoles. Even loading times aren't up to par with current gen ssd standards. With everything that it's been through in regards to development, they probably just wanted to release a good enough/functioning version for the current gen.
Sony needs to just give us the Back Button attachment for the Dualsense already
Disruptor! Oh man you brought back some memories. My cousin and I used to play that non stop back in the day even tho it kinda scared me a little bit at times (I was in elementary school) lol
Loved Code Veronica when I had my Dreamcast. I remember being blown away by the graphics after playing RE3 Nemesis lol
